Special needs boy missing

The family of Shamar Harrigan is seeking the public’s assistance in locating him. Harrigan, a special needs child operates at the level of a seven-year-old according to his mother.

The boy reportedly left home at around 3 pm on Thursday and has not been seen since.

He was dressed in a black and white shirt and light blue jeans. He also has a pink and blue backpack.

Shamar is about 5ft 3 inches in height. He is dark in complexion.

Anyone who may have seen him should call the nearest police station or his 789-5164/776-3922 or 726-3812
