The town and country planner Frederick Southwell regrettably informs the public that Development Control Authority offices are closed until further notice.

Public Relations Officer Makeida Antonio says the building located at Transport Board is undergoing maintenance.

DCA apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

The DCA is responsible for ensuring orderly and progressive development of land in urban and rural areas to grant permission to subdivide or develop land; and to carry out related functions as described in the Physical Planning Act 2003.
