Repair works have started on the BBC Ruby, a vessel that was involved in an accident with a badge recently.

The collision occurred in the channel to the Deep-Water Habour.

The Barge was damaged and technicians from overseas are been flown in to assess the Namco/Blue Ocean Barge.

But as repairs continue, there are questions about who will take the blame.
