At 11 am, Bret was 470 east of Barbados with 60 mph winds, moving west at 14 mph.

It is of little to no threat to us.

No sustained storm winds are expected but gusts to storm-force strength are likely Thursday afternoon to Friday morning.

Seas will become hazardous and relevant marine advisories and warnings have started to be issued. An optimistic 1-2 inches of rain is possible between today and Sunday.
