Person of Interest in Custody Following Fatal Stabbing of Dennis Edwards

A man is in police custody as investigations into the fatal stabbing of 66-year-old Dennis Edwards of Bolans continue.

According to reports from State Media ABS, the man turned himself in last night. He is being questioned in the presence of his attorney.

Edwards was stabbed to death on Monday.

He was found on Lower All Saints Road with what police said appeared to be a puncture wound to his upper body.

It is alleged that he was involved in an altercation with an unknown assailant before the incident. The alleged incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday, August 21.

A medical doctor arrived on the scene and pronounced him dead at 9:06 pm.

  1. So Editorial staff who is the man? When was he arrested? Why did he do it? Where is he being remanded? I mean just rehashing the same old story with a new headline is just simply infuriating. You could have waited until you had more details to write the story . Chups!!!

    • They wrote what was given like every other news outlet. At least we know someone was killed. As the investigation continues I am sure we will get more update into the killing.
