ACB Caribbean & Fiennes Administration Work Together to Beat the Heat!

ACB Caribbean has donated 50 fans to the Fiennes Institute in response to a call for help from the Administration, to provide some relief from the heat being experienced in Antigua & Barbuda.

On Friday September 23rd, Mr. Peter Ashe, Manager of ACB Mortgage and Trust, and team members from various business units visited the institute to officially hand over the fans to the residents.

The brief ceremony was attended by residents, nurses and Fiennes Administration, during which Ashe expressed his pleasure in answering the call for assistance.

He recognized that the heat is a health concern and stated that, “On the advice of the Fiennes Institute Administration, we procured the fans to come to the aid of the residents and provide them with some comfort. ACB Caribbean has a long-standing relationship with the Institute, and it was our pleasure to make this donation.”

Master of Fiennes, Walton Edwards, and Nurse Christopher, Fiennes Matron, commended ACB Caribbean for the rapid response to the call for help, and for their ongoing support of the Fiennes Institute.

Edwards expressed his gratitude for the intervention and remarked, “Thank you for your quick action, we are grateful for your support of the Fiennes Institute.

  1. The thought was great but the gesture could have been better. Fifty fans @ $130.00 is about $6500.00.. Why couldn’t some air conditioning be installed instead? The units would certainly do a better job
