Two juveniles, aged 17 and 16, are facing joint charges for unlawfully entering Ottos Comprehensive School and making off with several items.
Their alleged transgression, which occurred on October 21, involved the theft of a Bluetooth speaker, a collection of peak caps, laptop chargers, and cash amounting to nearly $1,000 – all belonging to the school situated on Mary E Pigotts Road.
The two boys were taken into custody and formally charged on Friday.
In addition to the theft, they are accused of causing damage to the school’s wooden door, a lock, and an awning window, with a combined value of almost $1000 as well.
