Antigua and Barbuda is gearing up to participate in the 2024 Miss International Elegant Mothers Pageant, with Mellisa Hill set to represent the nation.

The event, now in its 7th year, will see Hill, a mother of two boys aged 11 and 13, take the stage in a bid to showcase elegance and inspire mothers around the world.

Hill is no stranger to the pageant scene, having been victorious in the local Teen Splash competition in 2002.

She followed this success with wins in the Gray’s Green community pageant in 2007 and the Miss Bold and Beautiful title in 2008.

For Hill, this upcoming pageant is an opportunity to motivate mothers to pursue their dreams relentlessly.

The competition is scheduled to commence on April 27th at 8 pm at the National Cultural Center in Guyana.

Antigua and Barbuda did not participate in last year’s contest, where Guyana’s Alicia Bess Anderson was crowned the 2023 Miss International Elegant Mother.
