A new billboard has been spotted on Whenner Road.

It seems to be related to the ongoing legal dispute between the Global Bank of Commerce and Canadian businessman Jack Stroll.

Stroll has been struggling to access his own funds, which amount to millions of dollars, for over three years now.

The appearance of the billboard overnight suggests that this issue is far from being resolved.
