After battling a raging blaze for more than 6 hours at Lighting Expo, firefighters had to call in additional support from APUA to help contain the fire.

Four units from the Coolidge, St John’s and All Saints Fire Stations were also on the scene

Although the firefighters eventually extinguished the blaze, reports indicate that the fire caused extensive damage to the upper floor of the building, severly damaging its interior, including electrical equipment, lights, and fixtures.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.
