Antigua and Barbuda has made good on its commitment to establish formal diplomatic ties with the State of Palestine.

An agreement formally establishing diplomatic relations was signed in New York on Friday by Antigua and Barbuda’s Foreign Minister, Hon. E.P. Chet Greene and Palestine’s Ambassador with Ministerial rank, Dr. Riyad Mansour.

 

This agreement will be formally transmitted to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, marking a significant milestone in the diplomatic efforts of both countries.
