Police Seek Public’s Help in Investigation of Yennifer Bridge’s Death

Commissioner of Police Atlee Rodney

Police continue to investigate the death of 17-year-old Yenifer Bridge whose lifeless body was found in the John Hughes area while her two-year-old son was found alive on Jonas Road.

Police Commissioner Atlee Rodney explained recently that all the information the police gathered thus far will be forwarded to the Coroner’s Office to make a determination as to what happens next.

“The investigators are continuing to probe the matter to come to some conclusion as to what really happened but everything will be presented to the Coroner so a determination could be made,” the top cop said.

He is also appealing to the general public for assistance.

“It is still a case where we need additional information and I will use the opportunity. Anybody living in the area where she is from whatever information you may have no matter how insignificant it may be, it is important,” Rodney said

Anyone with information regarding the death of the teenager is being asked to contact the CID Crime Stoppers at 800-tips (8477).
