Notice to General Public – Continued Road Work on Sir Sydney Wallings Highway by C.O. Williams Construction Ltd (COWCL) under the SRIRP.

Urgent notice to Stakeholders and the General Public that C.O. Williams Construction Ltd (COWCL) will begin Road Works on Sir Sydney Wallings Highway East of Pares and West of the Collins Junction.
 
 
Notice is given to the General Public that COWCL will begin work on two Culverts on Sir Sydney Wallings Highway East of Pares Village and West of the Collins Junction, by constructing By-Pass Roads beside two Culverts to be replaced.
 
 
Effective Friday 19th July 2024, Vehicular traffic must begin using the By-Pass Roads.
 
 
 
Please note that two-way traffic will be maintained on the By-Pass Roads. Stakeholders and the General Public are asked to observe the construction signs and reminded that the bypass remains in effect at night.
 
The General Public is encouraged to cautiously reduce speed and follow all instructions to ensure safe passageway.
 
THIS BY-PASS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE 24 HOURS A DAY FOR THE NEXT 6 WEEKS.
