J.Truth The Engineer, Antigua and Barbuda’s top social media influencer with over 35k followers, has been arrested by police
In an exclusive interview with antigua.news, he said he was awakened by a loud knock on the door at around 5 o’clock in the morning.
The cops were looking for weapons.
J.Truth, known for his bluntness on social media, agreed with a teenager’s statement that Prime Minister Gaston Browne should be next in line to receive a bullet.
The girl, who was also contacted and warned by police, said so on Instagram, mere minutes after former US President Donald Trump was almost assassinated at a rally.
J-Truth, whose real name is Ameen Dias, said the lawmen did not find any guns or harmful weapons; however, they took him away in handcuffs to the St John’s Police Station, where he was interrogated.
He was subsequently released.
