It was less than one year ago that I celebrated with this couple on the occasion of their wedding.

Today, I say farewell to my friend and constituent Lion, whose life was cut short by a senseless act of violence.

Charlene, please accept my sympathy, love, and prayers as you and your family go through this difficult period. Jah knows…
