Antigua.news can confirm that the body discovered dead on Sunday is a 15-year-old girl from Fort Road. Her name is Achazia James. She was a student at Princess Margaret School.
Tragically, her body was found on the Runaway beach just after 6 a.m., accompanied by a disturbing trail of blood.
The crime scene still bears the evidence of this horrific act, with deep lacerations visible on her face and head.
Additionally, a portion of her ear was severed, and one of her hands was completely cut off.
It appears she was attacked with a sharp weapon, likely a cutlass or machete, according to crime experts.
The country is in an uproar, struggling to comprehend the brutality of this incident.
Young Jamesâs family is trying to contain themselves. They will speak to the media later. Her mother was moments ago transported to the hospital.

Yenifer Bridge, 16, was found dead on June 28th along Fig Tree Drive.

this was not a kidnapping. my take is some sick GROWN man she was talking to. picked her up from her home while parents are asleep and took her to the beach for sex. but she probably turned him down and this was the result. It could be the same man responsible for last girl murder. I say 20-25 years old. Probably much bigger than these girls. Obviously drives a car because of where they were was located. This case is not hard to solve but antigua police just not ready yet. Can be certain there is dna under her nails atleast if only they would just spend a little money and send it for testing. Ask any neighbors if they saw any cars in the area around that time say 12-2am. ask her friends if she had a boyfriend she was speaking too or if she was gonna sneak out with anybody specific that night. check her phone see who she last called or texted. i donât understand why these crimes are not being solved!!

Your tale sounds just about right. Allow me to offer another scenario. How can you be so confident that the criminals were not older women or girls of her same age? Are you saying that in this time of equality, you refuse to believe that females are incapable of feeling anger, jealousy, bad mind and evil thoughts? How you know said individuals did not pay for an Antiguan/Barbudan passport, thereby making them instantly above the laws of Antigua and Barbuda??! How you know it didn’t go like dat hmm?

The police force & the army have some very experience female officers who are small in size. They can disguise themselves and be armed and act as lonesome little girls on the streets in the early hours of the morn. At the same time, armed male officers should accompany them by trailing the female officers in the event that they are attacked.

Such disturbing developments. Iâm praying that the killer(s) can be found and made to answer to the law swiftly.
This is horrible, my condolences to the family of the victim.
Everyone is afraid to address the issue of parenting because someone is dead. Albeit a teenage girl. Now why would a 15 year old be outside of her mother’s house at 3am? When my daughter was 15 she couldn’t go anywhere without me farless to be outside my home. I have watched the photos on social media and what kind of parent allows her 15 year old daughter to have a piercing in her navel? Ring in her nose. Dressing like a promiscuous person? Listen. Before you cast judgment…I am not saying this is a reason to kill a teenage girl but someone body dropped the ball. To her mother…and family I am sorry about this tragic loss…but I have many questions…your daughter is a teenager…15 years…yet she was allowed to behave like a grown woman. We cannot be hypocritical. She’s a victim of bad parenting. And that’s that!
My heart goes out to the grieving families. I cannot begin to imagine what they are going through right now. This type of savagery cannot go unpunished and these killers must be apprehended or else they roam free among decent, law abiding citizens and THAT is a scary thought.
