Finalists announced for WOW Factor Awards

iRise Management has unveiled the 13 finalists for the inaugural WOW Factor Awards, recognizing outstanding customer service across various sectors in Antigua and Barbuda.

The awards, which celebrate excellence, passion, and commitment in customer service, have identified standout performers in four categories: Sports and Education, Financial Services, Sales and Marketing, and Hospitality and Tourism.

In the Sports and Education category, Valena Barber from Jennings Secondary School and Oslyn Gregory from Cyclones Basketball Club have been nominated for their exceptional contributions.

The Financial Services category sees a strong lineup with five nominees: Wyntee Henry (Selkridge Insurance), Alban Bass (ACB Mortgage and Trust Company), Earl Richards (Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank), Mesha Richardson (Antigua and Barbuda Investment Authority), and Melissa Matthew (Caribbean Union Bank).

Paperclips dominates the Sales and Marketing category with three nominees: Reia Bishop, Melissa Paul, and Akisha Cornelius. They are joined by Darshanie Singh from Frank B. Armstrong.

The Hospitality and Tourism category features Keisha Knight from Mill Reef Club and Carlene Spencer representing Sandals Grande Antigua.

The public is invited to participate in the selection process by voting for their preferred candidates. Voting can be done by scanning a QR code or visiting the official website at www.irisemgmt.com/wowfactorvote.

The WOW Factor Awards are made possible through the support of sponsors including the Citizens by Investment Unit, Harney Motors Limited, Falmouth Harbour Marina, and Barnes Funeral Home Limited.
