Over 4200 People Apply for Replacement Voter ID Cards

The Voter ID Cards Replacement Programme in Antigua and Barbuda is off to a strong start. In less than a month, over 4,000 individuals have applied to replace their expired ID cards.

According to the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission, during the week ending on Friday, August 30, 2024, there were 1,263 applications for card replacements and 83 new registrations.

Since the programme began on Monday, August 12, 2024, the total number of applicants has reached 4,209.

Additionally, the Commission has provided a detailed breakdown of the registration totals in all seventeen constituencies.
