Two Jamaican women deported after beating immigration officer at V.C Bird International Airport

Two Jamaican females have been ordered to be deported for shocking misconduct at the VC Bird International Airport on Sunday.

This disturbing incident involved a physical altercation with an immigration officer, leaving everyone in disbelief.

The two – Alicia Ricketts and Renea Nelson – arrived at the VCBIA on Sunday, only to be denied entry by the Immigration officer.

What ensued was beyond comprehension. While in custody, Nelson’s behavior spiraled into a disorderly frenzy, creating chaos with her disruptive noise.

The situation escalated further as Ricketts brazenly assaulted immigration officer, Tiffany Ramsey, resulting in the distressing rip of her uniform blouse.

Ricketts faced the consequences as she pleaded guilty to the charge of battery against Ramsey, being ordered to pay a significant fine of $400.00.

Additionally, she received a reprimand and a fine of $500.00 for resisting arrest. As for her accomplice, Nelson, she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $250.00.

The gravity of the situation led the Immigration Department to swiftly apply for the immediate deportation of the two women, which was upheld by the court.

They are to leave the country on the first available flight back to Jamaica.

This alarming case was brought before District B of the magistrate’s court with Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel presiding.

  4. Stop allowing them in. They mashed up Antigua since we were allowing them long time. Before they were coming here people use to leave their houses unlock.
