Multiple Leads in the Investigation of Achazia James’s Murder
Authorities have reportedly made significant progress in their investigation into the tragic murder of Achazia James.
The 15-year-old victim was discovered dead on the Runway beach, suffering from numerous chop wounds, with one of her hands also severed.
Lionel Max Hurst, Chief of Staff in the Office of the Prime Minister, stated that while the mother of the deceased is being kept informed, not all details are being disclosed to the media.
“During an ongoing investigation, it is challenging to release information that has been gathered to the public and the media. The parents of this young girl are kept updated, and they are informed about potential suspects,” he remarked. Hurst further indicated, “We believe there may be leads that could assist in apprehending those responsible for the murder of this young lady.”
Tragically, James marks the second female teenager to be murdered this year, following the death of 16-year-old Yennifer Bridge, who was found in a wooded area along Fig Tree Drive in June.
