Dwight Peters

Prison Officer Dwight Rodney Peters is now being held at the former US Navy Base following a court ruling.

He has been charged with the murder of an inmate after a violent altercation in the prison, believed to involve 26-year-old Ricknaldo Isaac, who died from his injuries.

The incident, which occurred on April 28, 2024, has raised serious concerns about inmate safety and sent shockwaves throughout the correctional system.

Reports indicate that Isaac sustained life-threatening injuries during his confrontation with Peters, prompting authorities to file serious charges.

When Peters appeared in court last week, he was remanded to prison, a decision that ignited outrage among his colleagues, who called for him to be held in a different facility.

His lawyer, Wayne Benjamin Marsh, successfully sought a High Court order for his transfer.

  4. Understandable his location. Can’t imprison the man where he served as a correctional officer. If like putting a police in prison. Think the inmates not gonna gang up on him?

  5. So there’s low class treatment and high class treatment? You have to be a special someone to be in a special place? Okay, be reminded that all sin is sin n crime is crime. I pray God the guards up there beat him.

  6. I see why, I mean you can’t put a man where he was rough at right? Cause then the revenge will come. Now picture how many men were waiting to make him a dead man. Maybe he’s all released and roaming free by now. But they have to put him where no one can say he was released.
