Police are still on the scene at Fort James Beach, carrying out further investgations into the circumstances resulting in the death of 71-year-old Abi DeSilver of Reginald Peterson’s Street, Villa.

The elderly man was reportedly found floating in the sea shortly after 6am on Thursday, October 10, by a beachgoer.
