Augustus Warren, a St. Vincent native, was involved in an accident earlier this evening in Pares after falling asleep at the wheel.

He resides in Willikies and is stable, although he is experiencing difficulty speaking.

He received several injuries, but medical officials say they are not life-threatening

Meanwhile, traffic police advise residents to pull over if they feel they are falling asleep at the wheel.

This will avoid accidents and possibly death.
