Former Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer received high praise during the 60th-anniversary celebrations of the Five Islands Primary School over the weekend.
Spencer, who also served as the parliamentary representative for the St. John’s City West constituency, where the school is located, was honored with an award for his contributions and dedicated service to the community.
