Attempted Assassination on the life of Attorney Wayne Marsh

Wayne Benjamin Marsh

Attorney Wayne Benjamin Marsh was the target of gunfire last night in what appears to be an assassination attempt.

Marsh, a staunch advocate of the United Progressive Party, reported that the incident took place in Liberta.

He was standing at the corner of Peterson’s Shop, opposite the Empowerment Center, when the shots were fired.

Marsh told Antigua.news that he had his back turned to the road when he suddenly heard a loud bang.

“It came close to my head. It was fired at me. It wasn’t fired at anyone else. The others were sitting, and I was standing,” he remarked.

He noted that the bullet struck the wall, causing panic among those present as they looked around for safety.

Benjamin Marsh is questioning whether the attack was politically motivated, suggesting that this is not the first time he has faced such an incident.

The police are currently investigating the matter.

  7. A publicly disgraced liar seeking attention. That’s all folks!
And, by the way folks what does nationality have to do with this? As far as I am aware, this Pinocchio hails from solid English Harbour stock. However, sad to say that, as a UPP supporter he has to master the art of telling blatant lies and as a lawyer, he gets much practice.
