To: All Non-Established Workers

On the 4th of December, 2024, the Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda agreed to make a second payment towards the retroactive pay for the non-established workers for period 2018 to 2023. To this end, the following below outlines the details as it relates to the 2nd payment of retroactive pay for non-established workers.

Non-established workers who are eligible and were employed by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda on or before the 31st of December, 2020 and remains employed by the Government as of December 2024 will receive payment on or before the 31st of December, 2024.
Non-established workers who are eligible and who commenced employment with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda after the 1st of January, 2021 or retired before December 2024 will receive full retroactive pay entitlement subject to the completionand submission of retroactive pay calculations by the respective ministries and departments.

The Antigua Trades and Labour Union and the Government of Antigua and Barbuda thank you, the Non- Established Workers for your continued cooperation, patience and understanding during this period.
