Aziz Hadeed and Everton Jeffers named in Kings New Year’s Honours 2025

Aziz Fares Hadeed and Deputy Commissioner of Police Everton Glenroy Jeffers

Chairman, Campus Council, of The University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus Aziz Fares Hadeed and Deputy Commissioner of Police Everton Glenroy Jeffers have been named in the King’s New Year’s Honours 2025.

Aziz Fares Hadeed receives the Order of St. Michael and Saint George (Knighthood) K.C.M.G for services to the economy of Antigua and Barbuda and Social Development.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Everton Glenroy Jeffers receives the King’s Police Medal for over 40 years of service in the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.

    Well done gentle men but at the same time their are many unsung heroes around the island that also should be recognized for their unselfish contribution and hard work weather by the King or our local leadership.Share the glory
