Governor General Sir Rodney Williams presents the Governor General’s Faithful and Meritorious Service Cross for Meritorious Service In Sports to English Harbor’s Rocco Falcone. Rocco was part of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team representing Italy that won the Youth America’s Cup in Barcelona this past summer. The America’s Cup is the most prestigious competition in sailing and the world’s oldest continuous sporting competition dating back to 1851.
