Rawdon Turner, the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party candidate for the St. Peter constituency in the upcoming January 14 by-election, has unveiled a comprehensive 28-page manifesto detailing his proposed plans and initiatives for the area if elected as its representative.
He highlighted key historical sites, such as Parham town, established in 1632, and Betty’s Hope, one of the oldest sugar plantations founded in 1651, as integral parts of the constituency’s heritage. He emphasized the need to restore St. Peter to its former glory and importance.
