VIDEO: Shipping Container Accident Disrupts Point FM Operations

3 March 2025 - 16:21

A shipping container fell onto the fence of Point FM studio earlier today, prompting immediate attention from authorities. Security footage captured the dramatic incident.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported thus far, but officials are on the scene assessing the extent of the damage. Preliminary reports indicate that the impact has caused structural damage to the fence, leaving debris scattered around the surrounding area.

As a result of the accident, the Point FM radio station has temporarily halted its broadcasts, leaving listeners without their regular programming.

  2. Thank God no one was hurt. The way these drivers be carelessly driving I’m not surprised.
Hopefully they will proceed with due care in the future

  3. That’s crazy! Glad to hear no one’s injured but I hope Point FM can get back to broadcasting as soon as possible can’t imagine how frustrating this must be for both the staff and the listeners waiting for their shows
