  7. Parents and guardians have to be more vigilant. Hot in the pants hormone addled little girls and guys need to know their place and stop running away from home because they can’t get their way. Older guys need to stop preying on school girls and go find their sex and size to ramp with. Police needs to crack that suspected circle that’s abducting people in Antigua and they need to be more visible and more vigilant in our communities serving with integrity and intent holding to the mandate of protect and serve. I hope she returns home safely for enough is enough already!
