Pure diversionary tactics by the UPP – scented Teacher’s Union. Heaven forbid that another Hispanic female has an urge to kill today! Dear God please watch over the nation’s school children today as our “teachers” enjoy THEIR day. (1st April)

This is such an insensitive and irresponsible statement all in the name of blaming the UPP. I wrote my name. I dare you write yours.

I just hate the fact that people’s kids get neglected because of them and the government .. ..it’s different if U sit in and let the kids sit all day in class while U decide not to teach but leaving people’s kids unattended is a big no …suppose something happen to a child while they striking what they gonna tell the parent

And that’s how much the government don’t even care about our Children education. I can’t blame the teachers, slave days are well over. If you don’t receive your money then you don’t work. But it’s high time the government meet over commands. They are living off of us! The government don’t even care about our kids. COME ON ANTIGUANS. How much longer will we allow the Gaston Browne Administration to drag us like dead dog? WE NEED TO STAND UP!

I will forever be against teachers striking, why must our children suffer just for some couple dollars the government owes you? CXC is upcoming. School is about to close and yall striking.

So Rhea you’re basically telling me that these teachers must just stay and not be paid? The resources they need to teach is not available? And they must come to classes and receive pressure? It’s people like yall that have the government thinking they can walk all over us like door mats. They are striking for their rights!

Pay the teachers an dem man. Dey need to stop ef around with the ppl money.

So you will forever be on the side of the government breaking their agreements to pay to teachers and you will also be happy that for over 5 years of receiving qualifications you are being paid as if you just walked in the door and you be happy to go work everyday? Parents only care CXC when teachers strike but their don’t care about their own children who are not doing their school work to pass said CXC.

You shutting down a whole school system for 70 out of 1500 teachers. The politics really deadly in this country here. Abandon children and left school unsupervised for a whole day and you in your office looking pretty for camera. I am sure this could be addressed privately. But always want a show to embarrass the government. Carry on.
