The competition, which concluded after online voting ended on April 6, showcased remarkable creativity across three age divisions, with winners representing schools from throughout the island.

In the 5-8 age category, Tameah Joseph from Liberta Primary School took gold, followed by Breana Haughton of St. John’s Lutheran and Lyric Watkins from St. Nicholas Primary School.

Ammar Luwaisa of St. Anthony’s Secondary School led the 9-12 age group, with Jasmine Greenaway from St. Nicholas Primary School and Olivia Michael from Liberta Primary School earning silver and bronze respectively.

The 13-16 age division saw overall champion Shania McKenzie claim first place, with Gabriella Eusebe from All Saints Secondary School taking second and her schoolmate Samantha Klass securing third place.

Meanwhile, Jaemiir Watkins from Island Academy International was awarded the People’s Choice Award, determined by public online voting that ran through April 6.

The competition accepted original artwork in various media including pencil-crayons, markers, watercolours, and airbrush, with entrants submitting digital versions of their work before the March 31 deadline.

Winners who have not yet collected their prizes can do so during Antigua Sailing Week at the Yacht Club, organizers confirmed.
