This initiative is part of the Halo Foundation’s year-long celebration of its 10th anniversary, themed “10 Months of Giving.” April also marks Youth Month, a perfect opportunity for the Foundation to engage young people in meaningful activities that promote their development and empowerment.
Originally established three years ago to enhance the skills of art educators, this program has evolved under the visionary leadership of Halo Foundation founder, Her Excellency Sandra, Lady Williams. This year’s workshop is particularly focused on empowering youth, providing them with the tools , guidance and space to express their artistic voices and hone their creative abilities.
Special acknowledgment is extended to Mr. Anson Henry of Anson Studios, whose local involvement in the program at his venue in Market Street has assisted in making this vision become a reality.

What a beautiful initiative! Giving our youth access to world-class art instruction is the kind of investment we need more of.
As someone who always felt out of place until I picked up a pencil, I just want to say: this program could change lives. Keep it going
Art gives our youth a voice they often don’t get in classrooms. This is more than a workshop, it’s a lifeline for creativity.
Good way to keep the youths off the street
