Fire Alarm Triggered Twice at APUA Business Center

At approximately 11:45 a.m. today, Wednesday 7 May 2025, the fire alarm at the APUA Business Centre was triggered. Evacuation protocols were immediately activated, and staff safely exited the building and assembled in the vacant lot at the top of High Street.

The St. John’s Fire Brigade responded promptly. Following a full safety inspection and routine checks of the premises, staff and customers were advised that it was safe to return to their respective areas.

APUA is grateful that the alarm was not caused by an actual emergency and that all staff were safely accounted for. We extend our sincere thanks to the on-site security officers and the St. John’s Fire Brigade for their swift and professional response.
