St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda — Thursday, May 8, 2025
The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of 19-year-old Joyleen Abraham, a national of Guyana.
Reports indicate that sometime shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, the deceased allegedly jumped from a motor vehicle driven by 24-year-old Victor Ince of Lightfoot West. The incident occurred along a by-road leading from New Winthorpes to the Jabberwock Main Road.
Police responded to the scene and found the body of the deceased lying motionless on the southern side of the roadway with multiple injuries. A medical doctor later pronounced her dead at approximately 6:30 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle is currently in police custody assisting with ongoing investigations. The vehicle involved has been seized and transported to Police Headquarters for further forensic examination.
The Police Administration is appealing to members of the public who may have witnessed the incident or have any relevant information to come forward. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Coolidge Police Station at 462-3185, the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913/14, or anonymously call Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS (8477).
Atleast they find it fishy as well. Bonita jumped out of a moving car and she is still alive. Also gave a tribute at Chantel’s candle light. so make this make a little more sense. how did she die??

What was she doing here in the first place? Yesterday’s report said she arrived 4 days ago. To visit him, since it’s said he was her boyfriend? Also Antigua Surf has a great point. Bonita only suffered a leg break. Is it because this young lady is young and fragile? Does she have family here? Did she come down to start a new life? Questions upon questions

So a young woman in her prime got into an argument with her man supposedly and jumped out of his vehicle and died instantly. Well was she pushed. Was she even alive. Was it an argument. Worry not the police will find out. I wonder if her phone got destroyed when she jumped.

This is crazy. I just cant fathom what happened here it is so unusual to heal this kind of thing. I remeber there was an incident like this in the country
