The Minister of Education, Daryll Matthew, has clarified the rationale behind the decision to publish the names of 200 teachers selected for check collection in the public sector.

The move, which has sparked mixed reactions, aims to ensure transparency and address ongoing concerns within the education community.

Matthew emphasized that the intention is not to expose any teachers to humiliation but rather to streamline the process and address their issues in a timely manner.

  4. It is easy for the Minister to say all them things but if is claiming as he says then it means that he is not proposing enough on the teachers behalf since he claiming that he gets unanimous support from his colleagues. I think he has too much on his plate.
