POLICE INVESTIGATE DEATH OF MALE FOUND AT MAMORA BAY

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda — Friday, May 16, 2025

The police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a Caucasian male, who is believed to be a visitor to the island.

His body was discovered floating along the shoreline of Mamora Bay shortly after 7 a.m. on Friday, May 16.

Officers from the Dockyard Police Station and the Forensic Department are currently at the scene conducting further inquiries.The police will provide additional updates as the investigation progresses.

Meanwhile, the police are appealing to anyone with information that may assist in this investigation to contact the Dockyard Police Station or the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913/14.

Individuals can also call the anonymous Crimestoppers Hotline at 800-TIPS (8477). All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
