Ministry of Works reports single lane traffic on Sir Sydney Walling Highway

PRESS RELEASE

The Project Implementation Management Unit within the Ministry of Works is hereby advising the general public of single lane traffic to facilitate ongoing road infrastructure repairs on Sir Sydney Walling Highway (SSWH), between Potworks Junction and ACE Enterprise Limited.

Flag persons will be employed, and the general public is encouraged to follow all instructions to ensure a cautious and safe passageway, as heavy-duty equipment will be operating near the works

C O Williams sincerely regrets the inconvenience. The road work is a part of the Second Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project being carried out by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

Stakeholders are asked to adjust their travel plans to allow for delays.

    • Well maths is that it’s posted yesterday so it was yesterday. I mean I would think the same thing but I’m sure these news outlet get their news from main sources.
