Government Chief of Staff Lionel Hurst Hopitalized

Lionel ‘Max’ Hurst, the chief of staff in the Prime Minister’s office, is close to being discharged from the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center.

After experiencing fainting spells yesterday, he was taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a lung infection and possibly pneumonia.

In a statement to Antigua.News, Hurst mentioned that he is feeling 99% better and is doing well, although he is still being kept for observation.

He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has reached out and inquired about his health.

  6. Antigua.news watermarked the photo in such a horrible way Hurst face looks burnt. You guys are really clumsy sometimes. It’s almost like you are tired of the job. Some days you do a great job yet at other times you are horrible. This watermark is the worse I have seen. Fire whoever did this job.

  8. Does God really exist? Is Antigua still a “Christian” country? Or are we a nation of vipers inhabited by political trash-talkers and haters of our own fellow men and women. If hope that Judgement Day would be delayed just long enough to help us get a grip on ourselves and realize that despite all of our material possessions, we are but dust, and to dust we shall ALL return!
