Former Member of Parliament and Government Minister Winston Williams Jr is recovering following successful surgery in the Cayman Islands.

Williams Jr, the General Manager of Pointeville Communications Inc., experienced a medical emergency on Sunday morning. The incident occurred around mid-morning, prompting immediate medical attention.

Mr. Williams was initially admitted to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he was stabilized before being airlifted to the Cayman Islands for advanced medical treatment this morning.
