The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) confirmed that Brabely Anthonio Esteves-Vasquez and Francisco Antonio Esteves-Vasquez, both nationals of Antigua and Barbuda, recently arrived on the island but have since disappeared.

According to police, the brothers arrived safely in Sint Maarten several days ago,  However, based on information received from family members, it is believed that they have since left the island under circumstances that remain unclear. The brothers have not contacted their family since their departure, raising concern for their well-being.

  1. Hmmmm…Even if they went on a boat to the US, which is usually the case, why not communicate with your parents? That’s strange and suspicious indeed

  2. I hope they show up. These days people dissappear and never to be seen again. How Antigua and Barbuda linked to this disappearing all of a sudden? What blight is over this neighboring island?

  3. These brothers went on a mission. It seems the mission wasn’t good. Else they would not be reported missing. May their parents find comfort. Usually these stories never end well

    • This is incredibly worrying. My heart goes out to the Esteves-Vasquez family in Antigua. I truly hope the Sint Maarten police get the information they need quickly and that Brabely and Francisco are found safe and sound.

      • Them will be buried right here in Antigua once found dead. Burial space always available for non-Nationals. They have more rights in Antigua than the native born. For example, you born here, your parents and grandparents born here too, you attends church every Sunday, when you dead, the church says that there is no space in the churchyard to buried you. You ends up in some community graveyard on the other side of the island.

  4. Aren’t these boys from the grays farm area? I may recognize the face! And the Antiguan Police seem to not care about their own kind? Media houses have to be releasing the news to us? Let’s hear what authorities here and the government has to say

  7. I hope they will be found and there gets peace and assurance. It’s not easy not hearing from your child/children.
Children need to have a good relationship with their parents, especially!
Are they born Antiguans? The last name is Spanish.
