Browne and Mottley Spark Ideas at Africarribean Forum

Mia Mottley and Gaston Browne (file photo)

Prime Minister Gaston Browne and his counterpart, Prime Minister Mia Mottley of Barbados, were spotted deep in conversation at the Africarribean Trade and Investment Forum 2025.

It seems the two leaders couldn’t resist the urge to share thoughts on regional integration and ways to strengthen ties between their nations.

While we can only speculate about the details of their discussions, it was clear that there was a healthy exchange of ideas—and perhaps a few friendly jests—taking place.

After all, nothing says “camaraderie” like swapping information on their phones.
