In a commanding performance that blended lyrical depth with emotional power, Ge’Eve emerged victorious as the 2025 Calypso Monarch, taking home the crown with her thought-provoking piece, “Daughter Come.”

Held before a capacity crowd at Carnival City, the Calypso Monarch Finals showcased the best of Antigua and Barbuda’s lyrical talent.

Veteran performer King Tian Winter secured the 1st Runner-Up spot with his gripping composition “Glass House,” while King Young Destroyer was named 2nd Runner-Up for his defiant entry “Enemy of the State.”

  2. Ah, well……doctors differ, patients die. My post-surgery results would have seen Young Destroyer regain the Crown with Ge’eve in the first runner-up position and Dr.Solo or Queen Thalia as second runner-up.

  5. Good vibes. What is the prize for the crown. We need to know if it was worth it. Fame cannot put food on table. Hope she walked out with at least 50k.
