Tian Winter Responds to Critics Following Party Monarch Double Victory
Fresh off his sweeping win at the 2025 Inet Party Monarch Competition, soca star Tian Winter is hitting back at critics who questioned the fairness of his double crown victory.
Winter, who captured both the Groovy and Jumpy titles in Sunday night’s competition, took to social media to address claims that the judging was biased in his favour.
“When Tian lose the competition is judged fairly, as soon as Tian win the judges thief.” Winter wrote in a Social Media post.
He used the moment not just to defend his win, but also to uplift fellow competitors.
“Big up to all the artist in the entire competition, from quarters to finals. Let’s focus on raising the standard and making timeless music and getting our music out to the masses. ”
Rumors surfaced that the artist may have won the Jumpy Segment but not the Groovy Segment.

There’s ways a bias when Tian is concerned. It was Richardo Dru now he is gone is the winter man
Tian did not deserve Groovy and Kid Fresh had no place in the top spot either. I can see why people choose to boycot some of these shows.
