
Antigua’s youth are set to shine at the inaugural Working Dreamers Junior Pageant, themed “When I Grow Up,” scheduled for August 30 at 7:00 PM at SunCity, Anchorage Inn on Anchorage Road.
Eight finalists, selected from weeks of cultural camp and competition at the Work Fu Um Summer Camp, will vie for the coveted title of Work Fu Um Junior Ambassador and a $1,500 prize package. The young contestants include Micah, Stelcia, Anaiah, Alyssa, Jumarah, Shedie-Ann, Khloe, and Elienai.
The pageant celebrates ambition, creativity, and cultural development, while highlighting community spirit. In addition to the competition, attendees will enjoy dynamic performances and presentations from Work Fu Um students, showcasing the talent and innovation of Antigua’s next generation.
Tickets are available for $10, with summer camp participants attending free of charge. Families, friends, and supporters from across the island are encouraged to attend and cheer on the young contestants.
The Working Dreamers Junior Pageant promises to close the summer on a high note, inspiring young minds and spotlighting the next generation of Antiguan leaders and performers.
