  1. I think it shows the police are serious about transparency. The family and the public need to see that actions are being taken. Doesnt matter if that dude was a trouble maker or criminal. The way he was killed shouldnt have happened.,

  5. Here goes unprofessionalism, that the family should pray to god, that’s am old slave control to get people to accept their condition, the police man should be jailed and the family litigate and get a couple a million dollars compensation though that can’t bring back life, but will cause proper management to be in place when the CEO of the police force realize what’s happening under their watch. They will advocate for treating their black people as human, because when it comes to white people the police just tip toe around them, not even a scratch.

  7. BURST NOT THE BRAIN: …OH LAWD! …ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES…! …WHAT THE HELL IS THAT…? …ADMINISTRATIVE BLUNDER…?

    ***

    IRREFUTABLE AND UNCHALLENGABLE FACTS:

THE ‘…REASONABLY SUSPECTED TRIGGER-HAPPY SHOOTER AND ‘…POLICE CONSTABLE’ – COLD-BLOODED KILLER – MERCILESS MURDERER,’ HAS REPORTEDLY BEEN:

    (i) ‘…TRANSFERRED FROM THE BOLANS POLICE STATION: and

(ii) …RE-ASSIGNED TO THE MORE DANGEROUS UNIT ‘…STRATEGIC SERVICES UNIT (SSU).’

    ***

    PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE PERSPECTIVE

SUCH, AS SAID TO BE: ‘…ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURE’ SEEMS MORE CAPABLE OF BEING DESCRIBED AS ‘…AN ADMINISTRATIVE BLUNDER.’

    ***

    NOW:

WHILE NO EVIDENTIAL MATERIAL SHALL BE ‘…PUBLICLY DISCLOSED,’ SHOULD IT BE CONSIDERED ‘…TRANSPARENCY/ACCOUNTABILITY,’ THEN THAT WHICH WAS KNOWN, SHALL NEVER BE DENIED.

    ***

THAT WHICH MAY NOT BE DENIED IS THAT THE ‘…POLICE SHOOTER’ HAS ‘ACCOUNTED FOR:

    (a) ‘…DISCHARGING FROM HIS 9MM WEAPON- 3 POSSIBLE LETHAL ROUNDS:

(b)…THAT THOUGH THE RECOVERED SPENT SHELLS OF ‘4,’ TALLIED ONLY WITH THE UNSPENT RETURNED-ROUNDS:

    (c) …THAT ANOTHER ‘…CONSTABLE,’ WHOSE ISSUED ROUNDS WERE SAID TO HAVE BEEN ‘UNACCOUNTABLE’ FOR ‘…ONE LIVE ROUND:

    (d) …THAT SUSPICION WAS STRONGLY RAISED OVER THE EXPLANATION PROVIDED FOR THE ‘…UNACCOUNTABLE LIVE/SPENT ROUND.’

    (e) …THAT SUCH ROUND, MAY ALSO HAVE BEEN ‘…FATAL TO THE DECEASED.’

    ***

    MOST IMPORTANT:

    (f) … THE SEEMINGLY ‘…CULTIVATED AND PLANTED FEMALE INFORMANT’ BE PROVIDED ‘…IMMEDIATE OVERSEAS PROTECTION: and

    (g) … IMMEDIATELY CLOSE AND REPLACE THE ‘…STATION’S REPORT DIARY’ THAT HAS HER NAME AS THE ‘…REPORTER’ THAT HAD CLEARLY LED TO THE APPARENT ‘…SUSPICIOUS AND QUESTIONABLE FATAL POLICE SHOOTING.’

    ***

THESE ARE PROVIDED FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE BENEFIT OF ‘…PASTOR/COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, EVERTON JEFFERS.’

    ***

    ADVOCACY OF PROFESSIONAL WISDOM

SUGGEST THAT THE ‘…PROFESSIONAL WISDOM OF ‘…DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, ALBERT WADE QPM,’ BE RELIED UPON.

    WHAT THE HELL…! …WALK GOOD.

  9. Good day, there are always two side to any Officer involved shooting.

Administrative and Legal side prior to an investigation there are immediate administrative actions that precipitate this action.
    1. Collection of evidence
    2. Relieve of duty
Collection of evidence needs no explanation
When an officer is relieved of duty.
    a. Immediately removed from scene.
    b. Placed where he have no contact with members of the public.
    c. Some instance suspended without pay
d ALL PERSON ARE INNOCENT UNTILL PROVEN GUILTY.
MOST CASES WHERE THE EVIDENCE RESULTS IN AN IMMEDIATE ARREST . In other circumstances a detailed investigation takes place where a coroner’s inquiry is done.
Always remember this can take several months.
