According to the National Hurricane Center in Miami, the coast is currently clear in the Atlantic Ocean.

Tropical disturbance AL91 – which earlier in the week was said to have a 90% chance of formation into a cyclone chance within seven days – no longer poses any threat of becoming a cyclone.

Although the current risk of hazards is considered low, residents of the Eastern Caribbean, including the Leeward Islands and the British Virgin Islands, are advised to remain alert and continue monitoring the system.

Authorities remind the public to stay prepared for the remainder of the hurricane season.
