Silver honda fit not the real photo
Police are investigating the discovery of a silver Honda Fit that was found abandoned in a bushy area near Lindsey’s Estate, Pares Village.
According to reports, lawmen from the Willikies Police Station, along with officers from the Criminal Investigations Department, responded after receiving information from a passerby who spotted the vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed the car parked off the roadway.
The vehicle was intact but missing its keys.
The scene was processed by personnel from the Forensic Evidence Recovery Unit (F.E.R.U), and the vehicle was later towed by Bryson’s Wrecker to Police Headquarters for further investigations.
Senior officers have since been briefed, and inquiries into how the vehicle ended up at the location are ongoing.

Wonder how long this car has been sitting there looks like it’s becoming a neighborhood eyesore.
Police should have leave the vehicle there and since the key wasn’t in it lay await to see who come to use it again with the keys. Too quick lay and wait next time officers.
Leave the vehicle next time they walk with the keys to return. Perpetrators live nearby. Lay and wait it’s obvious it’s not parts they wanted
Let’s hope the investigations can quickly determine if this vehicle was involved in a crime or just left there by someone in distress
These situations highlight why people in the community need to stay alert and report anything suspicious they see
