      • Ok so sectarian violence is getting worst in Antigua for the church collection.
And these same so call pastors don’t see Gaston economic and moral violence against the people of Antigua and especially Barbuda.

  2. Each group is allowed their own beliefs and creative expression, aren’t they? It’s not depicting hatred, prejudice , or war. They just have different ways of expressing than you.

  3. God told Weaver to build it….
So what does the Bishop has to say about that.
When you build these huge church buildings, did you think about the people in need?

Thief nah lub fu see thief with long bag.

This gimmick is going to draw persons away from other churches so all the other church owners worried that the collection plate will decline.

  4. If it was a statue of “white Jesus” they would be quiet as a church mouse.
If there is strife and confusion it’s because people won’t read their Bible for themselves and their leaders love them being ignorant.
As another comment mentioned, other leaders are concerned their members will get too curious and go visit.
The statue is doing exactly what it’s doing, create conversation.

    • There’s no confusion for those who study Jah scripture. This gentleman that pretend to represent jah, Jah come to divide good from bad not get along go along as this man is suggesting .(laughable). I find it so sad and cowardly, that these very same people never reject the Caucasian Jesus ,it’s on all the walls and pamphlets. Again those who study know,Jah people are the remnant. Onelove

  6. Preacher, just leave this madness alone. A monstrous image resembling the one from Nebuchadnezzar’s dream is mute.
When the government forced people to take a now defunct jab that is now linked to blood clots, heart attack, stroke and cancer, you cowered in silence. You were called, “macrome”and you were silent. Now you’re arguing about some grotesque, insequential statue? Please.

  9. Not one thing with the statue, Antigua don’t have any land marks of interest , only colonial places are been recognized, there was a man who built a boat house though incomplete he was able to attract taxi excursion, I wish he was paid.
This venture by Mr Weaver is very much welcome.

  10. The image of the statue is from the book of Daniel found in the bible, it’s not a religious trend.
If there’s confusion then it means we are not a Christian nation as we think.
The problem is is that they can’t explain it to the people.

  13. First of all we just had a big holiday as a day if prayer calling the entire nation to return to the ways of God. You all marched and clapped abd danced, and rebuked every evil in our society. Abd 3 weeks later you all heathens who call yourselves Christians fighting down a most significant structure, that will bring awareness to us as a nation, that Jesus is at the door.

I dont understand what is so wrong and upsetting about this structure from the book of Daniel. Are the religious leaders afraid to loose their members when they learn the truth. These religeous leaders like Brown better stop chasing after money and preach the THUS SAYETH THE LORD.

When Noah built the ark the people jeered and laughed and condemned the ark which was a warning to the wirld that the earth would be destroyed.

Antigua take note. Something is about to happen in this nation and we are not ready gor Jesus’s returning. Including all the religious leaders who are condemning the statue.

To Pastor Brown and others use the book of Daniel to tell your members the TRUE truth that you all are hiding from them. The blood of the oeople are on your shoulders. COME OUT OF BABYLON MY PROPLE.

  14. Antigua needs to hear the undiluted truth. This nation needs to be purged from all the evil and nastiness, whoredom, wichcraft, crime, IDOL WORSHIP in some churches, causing their members to BOW DOWN. People, The statue of Daniel should get us busy to accept salvation. Are these pastors who call themselves BISHOPS scared they wake up one sunday and find the pews of their churches empty because their members would have learned and accepted the message of the now erected statue on All Saints Road?

  18. Good day. What did Weaver do wrong or unChristian? Did he build the statue for people worship? I did not hear him say that. What exactly is the Protesting Group protesting against? I say mind their own business and soul and leave Weaver and his statue alone!!

Why am I looking over my neighbors fence and using my interpretation of what I see in your yard and judging you? It is wrong. Protest the unkept promises that Governments and businesses make to us. And leave a citizen, his interpretation and free will that God gave him. Go mind your soul and your own Business!
